To those saying, "but the Greens will split the vote": 1. Things have changed. 2. It's not the Green's fault that Starmer has the Merdas Touch (turns everything to shit) 3. When the Greens offer the only inspiring option, perhaps we should see the Labour candidate as splitting the vote.

@georgemonbiot.bsky.social I must remember "the Merdas Touch" for future use.
People voted #Labour to get rid of Tories…and discovered they elected #Tory Lite.
There may be an assumption that Labour is an established party and therefore has the structure and apparatus to govern in a way that #Greens couldn’t…but again, Labour haven’t delivered anything.
All Labour have succeeded in doing since 2024 is turning their core, young to middle aged, metropolitan vote against them because they don’t care about rents or climate.

No PM ever gets thanked at home for what they do on foreign policy…but #Starmer is perceived to have sucked up to #Trump in a way that has gone way beyond what is necessary…medicine and tech/AI. People notice #Davey and #Polanski making the right calls on Trump, while Starmer dithers, stumbles and fudges.
