I looked up what I could do with my points, and it was literally just "Go zip lining. At a county park. By yourself."

And we all get points that we can award to each other, that amount to $5/month/employee. It's so stingy and low-effort.

@Alice I've worked at a couple of places that had that kind of thing. I envy people who thought the rewards in Severance were humorous exaggerations.

@Alice Work started a long service reward scheme. I got £200. But not to spend on something myself, and not part of a bigger thing - they had to do the purchase, and it had to be a single item not exceeding £200. In the end my wife and I could think of nothing more useful than a #ukuelele (my second).
