@jbz Without having watched the talk (unlike @taschenorakel ) this reminds me that when I was in college, FORTRAN stopped being improved because they were more likely to break things than fix things (or so I was told by compsci profs.)

@jbz So this dude basically wines that threaded code has undefined behavior if you do not care about synchronization? Uff! What an impostor! Who gave this guy a degree? Who is granting this dude sacred research money?
