If an account looks blank to you, it's probably because no one on your server has followed that account before. If you follow an account that looks blank, its posts will gradually start showing up on your server too.
You can see their complete profile and all their posts by going to their profile page, clicking ⋯ and then "Open in browser" or "Open original page".

@FediFollows but, how do we find them in the first place if their posts does not appear until we find them?
If you click on ⋯ on their profile page and then "open in browser" or "open original page", it will show you their complete profile on their own server including all their posts.
I'll try to make this clearer by editing the post above.
