@arstechnica customer service and trash upload speed.
The only reason to go with comcast is you can buy your own (approved) cable modem from Amazon or somesuch and not have to deal with their hardware. And even THAT isn't much of a problem if you have access to a search engine, a wallet and can at least rub two braincells together.

I am one of the few who has a choice between 3 providers. I left Comcast because they raised the price and wouldn't come down, so I halved the bill they were going to give me by switching to a competitor.
@arstechnica Aaah. Maybe their execs should ask their all-powerful IA what is "enshitification" and how there's no escape from that beside dying?
