I鈥檝e been sick for most of January. Antibiotics, throat and lung inflammation and because of that I couldn鈥檛 work. My job doesn鈥檛 offer paid sick leave, so missing that time hit hard, even when I tried to catch up by taking extra hours other than my scheduled shifts.
I鈥檓 waiting on my paycheck now, but even when I work full-time at minimum wage, rent alone eats about 60% of my income. With the time I lost due to illness, I鈥檒l most likely still come up short.
Because of that, I鈥檓 relying on your good will now. Truly, anything helps. My goal is to reach some basic financial stability for myself and my kitten.
This is my only safety net. January has been the hardest month I鈥檝e had in a long time, and I wouldn鈥檛 have made it without your support.
I鈥檓 hoping for a small miracle. This all, shitty jobs around and being unemployed for some time really hurt.
