I'm not sure if Tusky has that built in or not, but if it doesn't you should be able to do that on the website interface by toggling the option for "hide members in Home" on the list's options.
Tusky should sync with whatever you set for that list on the website.
@FediTips I'm sure I did that but it's not doing anything right now, even on the website. This is getting frustrating 馃槕 How do I block on home again?
