@ascentale @RossA @bikenite At my last shop they sent me to Bosch's training program to get certified on their "Smart" system. For 6 months afterwards I couldn't actually do any work on peoples bikes because my account was locked out and they couldn't figure out why, because now to work on e-bikes you had to be connected to the internet and logged in with your work email, otherwise you weren't authorized. So fuck Bosch. Glad to see their enshittification getting some attention.
