with respect to limiting social media use, I find it helpful to log out of various social media accounts, at least the ones that are nonproductive.🍸😺 I'm not counting this one, of course🍸😹
@smach 💯I particularly resonate with adding friction to the use of social media. I’m trying to become more conscious of when social media is causing me to not be in the moment with people (as well as them with me.) Put down the damn phone and communicate
@jwd630 "Adding friction" is a great way to put it. It's too easy to pick up the phone and tap a button when the phone is right there and it's such a habit/conditioned response.
I'm old enough to have lived a life where people couldn't reach me 24x7 and somehow we all managed.
