@tuxedocomputers How repairable are your laptops? For example, could I still get a new battery and keyboard after 10 years, and could I replace them myself with limited tech skills?

Not all of our devices allow user keyboards to be exchanged by the customer. With some newer devices, the you would need to exchange the complete upper shell. Other than that, parts are easily exchangeable.
