@obrhoff I briefly turned on Catalyst for https://flowvi.be - even the list of songs (which is just a SwiftUI List) is faulty - click a row would play the wrong song and scrolling with your mouse doesn't scroll the list (you have to drag it up and down). Add to that the strange toolbar button placements and something about MusicKit and catalog access is not the same as iOS... That was enough to discourage me to use this approach for a desktop app 馃槄
@iamkonstantin @obrhoff imo catalyst (with UIKit) is pretty good in 2025. it was truly terrible in 2019 but there have been some good additions since then (like automatic UINavigationBar > NSToolBar conversion)
