@sarahjamielewis project management: I've been thinking about small, mostly-trusted chat + project management apps for a bit, targeting small businesses (so like <10 people, they just need something fairly simple with lots of ways to reorganize because we're all adults here but mistakes happen and anyone can fix it).
What kind of stuff are you looking for? No idea if I'll work on it any time soon (depends on Life™) but I am definitely curious either way.

The main thing for me is that I really want a tool that helps me capture the problem-space in addition to the task-space i.e. capture the break down a problem, link it to various papers/artifacts and then reference those from tasks.
And then relatedly, many of the projects I work on have cross-cutting concerns, and I really want to build dynamic views over various problem breakdowns.
