@APBBlue Can relate. When my anxiety was at its worst, I couldn’t sleep because my brain wouldn’t stop yapping.
I do take an anti anxiety med along with my regular SSRIs. That might have helped
I don't actually BELIEVE the bullshit, but man is it exhausting. It's like living with a yappy little Chihuahua in my head.
It's been bad since my cancer scare. Working with a therapist to get it back under control.
