Okay, I'm going to ask the Fedi hive mind since I'm not quite sure what the best option is.

I have a VPS for my personal website as well as a Backblaze B2 account. I would like to upload my photos to the B2 bucket and have them automatically appear as part of a gallery on my website. I can install whatever I need to on the VPS, and B2 can be accessed like an S3 bucket.

Best option?

Optional but desired:

* Automatic sorting into albums based either on subdirectories or metadata
* Automatic refresh (so I don't need to manually pull new photos)
* FLOSS (almost a requirement based on the other things, I think)
* Can be themed (would like to integrate into the rest of my website if possible)

Rationale:

I've gotten tired of sending a set of photos to multiple groups on multiple platforms. I would like to avoid stuff like Google Photos and use stuff that I control. I've done my fair share of compilation and am proficient with Linux, HTML, PHP, CSS, and some JS, so manually installing and tweaking stuff isn't an issue. Off-siting the actual photos to B2 keeps overall costs manageable.
