@Obscure_Rebel thanks. Both articles interesting. Going back to your original reply, do you think a single state for Israelis and Palestinians could be achievable? Are there people on the ground making that argument? Or do you have a different solution in mind? I'm asking in good faith and to be clear you don't owe me an answer

In light of our recent convo on the “two-state” solution question, I thought this ⤵️ via Mondoweiss, might be of interest to you. Apols if you’ve already seen: read it!
“Liberation Is Not Integration: On liberal Zionism, one-state fantasies, and what Palestinians actually want”
by Lara Kilani
The author asks: ”How can Palestinians live with those who carried out the Gaza genocide?”
In an ideal world, I would like to think that a single, democratic state of Palestine should be established - one that respects the rights of *all* its inhabitants irrespective of their religion, the colour of their skin or any other characteristic!
In reality, for the time being anyway, that’s not going to be possible! However, voices like historian Ilan Pappe are confidently predicting the collapse of Zionism (without putting any timescale to their prediction) so fingers crossed 🤞
