Another grand jury realizes it can say No to being used as a political pawn.

It is vital that as many members of the public as possible learn that if they are serving on a grand jury or trial jury that they can refuse to be political pawns.

@dangillmor Hopefully the next grand jury will opt to indict the US Attorney instead for malicious prosecution.

@dangillmor Absolutely. Too many people don’t realize the power jurors actually hold. A jury’s role isn’t just to rubber-stamp charges — it's to uphold justice, not politics. More awareness will yield fewer abuses.
