KDE Plasma, looking at the already well-supported serialization format provided by DBus, decides to some weird byte serialization format instead. I wonder if this is a QT thing? Looks like some kind of custom dictionary serialization with UTF-16 strings -- [type, length, key, value-as-2-byte-int] ?

Trying to find out what component of KDE produces this... lol

output of 'flatpak permissions remote-desktop' command showing some custom byte sequence stored by KDE for an entry. The byte sequence is shown as an array of hexadecimal values 0x00, 0x03, etc.

omg I think this is a serialized dbus variant but ... stored as a byte array instead of as a variant.
