my yearly reminder that USA鈥檚 #LGBTQI civil rights movement not only has two moms but they were transgender African American and Latine women.
on this #TDOR #TransgenderDayOfRemembrance, all new yorkers owe a debt of gratitude to Ms. Marsha P. Johson and Ms. Sylvia Rivera. without their continued leadership after the #StonewallRiots, #nyc wouldn鈥檛 have today a hospital & clinics system that offers health care to all, regardless of ability to pay.
