@deutrino I've been using a SearX instance that's close to me geographically- https://searx.space/
On the About page of each instance, near the bottom, there's a link to a "stats page" showing the engines it uses. Some are a bit Bingy, but others are more robust.
The one I use is https://maapl.net/stats
Add /search?q=%s to the url of the instance to add it to Firefox.
