Does anyone here use any of those smart watches or rings that monitor your health, heartbeat, sleep quality, activity, etc., and if so, can you reply with your recommendations? I'm looking at perhaps getting one of those smart rings, but haven't had time to do much research. I'd love to know the pros and cons.
