The trending hashtag #gravy is a great example of why some editorial coverage and curation of trending topics is a good idea. I had no why it was trending, clicked through to see something about Canadians and poutine, and still don't understand. I mean, gravy's good, poutine's good, but I'm truly none the wiser.
