@neil I use the mouse with my right, but the trackball with my left and the touch pad with either. I can't manage mouse or trackball with the 'wrong' hand.

@neil Have you tried a trackball? I find the “Kensington Expert Mouse” pretty good, also handy if your desk tends to get cluttered.
@neil I find using a mouse left handed is the perfect way to deter people from using your computer, bonus if you've got the right button as primary click.
@neil back in the early 2000s I used ratpoison + screen + mutt and hardly needed to touch a mouse at all, except for some web browsing.
If websites thought about keyboard navigation (taborder and suchlike) a bit more, it would have been even better.
Good old days. More and more difficult to do that now, plus my job requires things like Figma and there's no avoiding the mouse there.
@neil since the Online Safety Act came into force, mouse-ambidextry has definitely been on the decline - so well done for bucking the trend
