Does there exist a tool to create a timetable/itinerary for a meeting?
Where you can set a start time and end time and the number of speakers, and it makes a graphical overview on who gets what time, and you can drag them around, change how much time each person gets, add breaks, etc?
Maybe @alternativeto knows about something?
