Survivability pathways are currently absent because the tools do not yet exist. That absence is not a moral position; it is the reason the #OMN project exists.

The claim was never refusal. The claim is that absence combined with moral pressure and unclear signaling produces predictable harm.
Acknowledging absence does not address the downstream effects of encouraging participation while survivability is deferred.
A solution to survivability problem was also proposed, yet dismissed.
