#Minnesota & other #states would thus do well to shore up their capacity to get a rapid federal-court injunction against #EvidenceTampering. For technical reasons, there is a specific way to make sure this possibility is always available∶ Enact a #law that allows a state’s atty to seek damages of >$75k against anyone who has violated the constitutional rights of a MN citizen. You don’t get much more official than executing a #judicial #warrant. Concealing #evidence after the fact is a separate offense that also fits what is publicly known about both the #ReneeGood & #AlexPretti cases. Rep #ZoeLofgren (D-CA) is an effective questioner. She introduced #evidence from Smith’s investigation that #LindseyGraham under oath told Smith’s team that if somebody told #Trump that #aliens came down & stole Trump ballots, that Trump would've believed it.
Rep #DarrellIssa (R-CA) behaved outrageously, he basically ranted, never allowed #JackSmith to answer & stole extra time. #JamieRaskin tried to negate that stolen time by talking simultaneously in objection so Issa couldn’t keep testifying.
Also the grandstanding performative courtroom drama behavior of the #congress members is quite heavy handed. #JackSmith who has repeatedly been described as measured & calm is coming off a little stiff especially because he keeps being interrupted. He needs to come back at them like they are hostile witnesses.

I've created a second mirror of the original Minneapolis shooting video, where the angle is better and shows that the ICE agent was in fact not being hit by the car, and calmly stood on his two feet while murdering Renee Good in cold blood.
The evidence points towards the body-cam footage released by US authorities as being at least partly faked.

Just want to take a moment to give a special mention to the dozen or so people today who, despite not following me or having ever interacted with me before felt compelled to send me incomprehensible angry nonsense (and in a couple of cases faintly racist sentiments) in response to a video of a car.
