My wife got up this morning, looked at her weather app, and let loose a huge sigh. She normally walks a few miles every morning but this bitter cold has kept her housebound each morning, with little end in sight.

I am really hoping the weather forecast updates that I see this morning are way off because they are suggesting we might see up to two feet of snow here over the next day or so. Hunker down for the Pats.

Cold before the storm -
a January blizzard
makes its presence known
We're projected to get between 12 -16 inches of snow tomorrow into Monday here in Western Massachusetts USA and the temperature this morning (as I walked the dog) was 1 degree F with dangerous wind chill coming. I guess we're in Winter. The prompt word this morning - Blizzard - was perfectly aligned with what's coming our way.
