Earlier this week, the fourth most downloaded app in Denmark was "UdenUSA" (Danish for "Without USA") — an app for scanning your groceries to make sure they are from the US.
Is that what Trump means when he calls the US "the hottest country"? And was this what Tim Cook was hoping for when he began supporting The Mad King?
The app is currently ranked number 16 in the Utilities category.
There could be uses for this app in the UK, and to cover other countries.
@randahl it also collects all the data, which will be sold to data brokers, so that is a hard pass for me.
@randahl It's not only Denmark, European citizens are getting more aware that they need to think European.
In countries like The Netherlands which, like Denmark, were pro US politics and newspapers are openly talking of the need of #EU army, tech.. all independent of the US

@randahl Any good Android alternatives? I tried Madeometer or something like this but it was kinda bad. Something like Vivino but for more than wine would be great!
@randahl There's a similar service that went live in Canada a few months back. It's hard to really countenance how strong the anti-Americanism is, because while there's always a little simmering resentment, never in my life have I seen it reach full boil like this.
