Das heißt, alle Behörden, die Microsoft-Produkte nutzen, mit dem Einsatz von Azure, mit aktivierter Bitlocker-Verschlüsselung ab jetzt wissentlich mindestens gegen
- Art. 6 DSGVO Rechtmäßigkeit der Verarbeitung
- Art. 32 DSGVO Sicherheit der Verarbeitung und
- Art. 34 DSGVO Benachrichtigung der von einer Verletzung des Schutzes personenbezogener Daten betroffenen Person
verstoßen.

@CCC But that was well known and entirely predictable, for years and years. Microsoft had these keys, that's why they forced Bitlocker on you. If you relied on Bitlocker to protect your secrets - poor fool, we told you so.
